Terms and Conditions

Clients acknowledge these terms and conditions are made in conjunction with the accommodation hosts, and may differ slightly from their own individual booking terms and conditions. The accommodation hosts' individual terms and conditions fall secondary to the below, given that Candice Anne Photography is providing these services as the primary contact. Please visit their respective websites to view their terms and conditions.

Booking's and Retainer's

All bookings require a 30% retainer to secure your travel dates and include a $500 refundable bond.

All bookings are subject to availability and it is recommended to book more than 3 months in advance.

Balance of the booking is due 28 days prior to arrival date and will be automatically deducted from clients provided credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Candice Anne Photography is able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the rebooking is achieved, the money will be refunded, less a $200 Admin Fee.

In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Candice Anne Photography, or the respecting accommodation host, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.

It is strongly advised for the guest to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.

COVID-19 / INTER or INTRA-STATE BORDER CLOSURE

In the event of the inter or intra-state borders being closed by the WA Government, you can rebook a date within the next 12 months for the same property. Any amount paid to date will be applied to the new booking. Alternatively, you may wish to cancel and the Cancellation Policy above will apply.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES

The check in time is 3.00pm and departure time is 10.00am unless otherwise arranged.

BOND

The guest is responsible for the house and contents for the duration of their stay and apart from reasonable standard cleaning requirements, the property must be left in the same condition as they were at check in.

If insufficient funds are available from the bond for any damage, breakages or additional cleaning, the guest agrees to accept responsibility for outstanding payments.

All bond balances will be returned to the guest within 14 days of departure, please allow a day or two for these to show on bank or credit card statements.
