Hi there, I'm Candice!

This is me, playing around with my camera, lighting and settings. No makeup, simple lingerie, just me in my raw state doing what fills my soul - photography. I'm an emoji lover, over thinker who loves Maltesers and Moscato.

To photograph and document people’s sensuality is more than a passion. I love when clients are surprised by their photos, like as if they weren’t expecting to look the way they do? Like YES my lovely, that's you!

As a mum of two, and far from having super model looks and shape, I sure can understand and relate to people who don’t exactly love their bodies or feel sexy. It’s hard! But over time I have come to realise that, while I might have some features that aren’t up to “Victoria Secrets” standard, I actually do have some cool ones, and it's OK not to be perfect.

What is perfect? Definition is “having all the required or desirable elements, qualities, or characteristics; as good as it is possible to be.” Repeat that a few times, and then ask, required by who? How boring would we be if we were “Perfect”? So take a deep breath and celebrate our sensual, perfectly imperfect bodies, no matter our shape, colour, sexuality, age or journey.

My photography style, as you have most probably seen, is something that’s more personal, sensual and raw. My core motivation is to help you embrace that incredible body of yours. I want to remind you just how beautiful, sensual, sexy and human you really are. Let’s get raw for a minute. We are all sexual beings; we have to be for humanity to survive. Unfortunately, when it comes to feeling sexy and in tune with ourselves, it’s usually filtered and obscured by what the little evil media messages say to our vulnerable insecurities. Our perceived view becomes distorted and clouds our own judgement on ourselves. But what if we could clear some of these clouds, the doubt and negativity and just be our sensual sexy selves?

This is why Intimate Portraiture is more than just Boudoir. It’s pushing past your insecurities and boundaries; it’s capturing your intimate self. The very essence that makes you a sensual, beautiful human being no matter your shape, age or journey. It's an investment in yourself that is worth it.

Each and every single person is guided the whole time and believe it or not, everyone who has done a shoot with me will say it’s a workout! I flow pose you throughout the whole session, capturing different angles, accentuating all your sexy assets. We’ll have some laughs too, that is inevitable. Then when you get to see yourself in your gorgeous images, I want you to finally see yourself.

I don't think I could do this, I don't know how to pose!

Yes you can! Because I will guide and pose you through the whole way! Head to toe, arms and face. They can be tricky and possibly break a tiny sweat, but all you need to do is have fun and trust the process!

I don't have the confidence to do something like this.

You don't need confidence to do this, you need trust. Trust in the process and trust in me. Confidence is what you GAIN!

Do I have to be thin? I want to lose weight first, or I want to do XYZ first.

No!!!! Embracing and empowering is about loving your body for what it is right now in this very moment. It’s ok to want self-improvement, however embrace your now.

Do I need to bring my own Lingerie or Clothing?

I have a small selection of Naked Curve pieces for you to wear, along with some Honey Birdette items and chains, however it's still best to bring your own Lingerie.

Do you use photoshop to make people look thinner?

NO. I never or very rarely use photoshop to perform any body manipulation. I DO use Photoshop and other software to perform the very minor common retouching such as exposure, colour, tonal correction, shadow and highlight emphasis, skin smoothing and blemish removal. I do not offer body manipulation as that is not a true representation of your beautiful body.

Will anyone else see my photos?

No. No one will see your photos until you want to share them and if you give me permission to use or share them for marketing or social media.

Should you do it?

Should you do it?

“OMG I had such an amazing time. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and being awesome. I am so incredibly impressed with the photos”
